Where do you ship and what is the cost?

We ship all over Mexico, the cost of shipping depends on the weight or volume of the toy, when you add it to the cart you will be able to find out the shipping cost.

What payment methods do you have?

You can make your payment with TC (secure method) or by bank deposit (4 banks to choose from) and Paypal.

How long do I have to pay?

You have 3 business days to make the payment and report it. If the payment is not reported, the order will be cancelled and the availability of the products may vary.

What is the reference number on my payment voucher?

Depending on the bank, it may appear as a reference number, movement number, transfer number or operation number.

Do you have a wholesale discount?

We offer discounts for wholesale purchases. More information: mayoreo@juliocepeda.com.mx

Do you have a separate system?

If we have a separate system in some of our branches (not online store) It is separated for 3 months with 10%

How can I know if you have a product that I am looking for and cannot find on the website?

If you wish to make the purchase in a branch, please contact the branch where you wish to purchase it directly. If you wish to request it through the online store, please call 8122-6100 or 01 800 719 1919 (ext. 7566).

I have an order but I want to add one or more products?

It is not possible, you will have to cancel it and make one with the complete merchandise.

How can I cancel an order I placed online?
